Catch Up
Kettlebell Club Class. Thursday Evening. Small class 3 people. Worked on the pace of the workout. Get the heart rate up and keep moving. Finished with a 5 minute set of various kettlebell exercises, just don't put the bell down. Working on getting them ready for 3 sets of 5 minutes. Pushing, not pulling people where they need to go!
