Just Do It!

No time today. Wife out of town, active day with my 5 year old. Sponge Bob espisode lasts about 25 minutes.
Quick, get my kettlebells and:

Warm Up - 5 Minutes
Double 16 Kg Jerk Set 5:00
Started at 7 rpm
Ended at 6 rpm
Adding a minute next time.

24Kg Single hand swings
30 x 30
3 sets

Single 24 Kg Clean & Jerk
10 x 10

Sponge Bob Over...End of workout!

It's not like I had to talk him into it. I said SpongeBob, he said yes. I was just gonna go out and see if the 24 Kg was heavy and one thing lead to another.
