This is just about volume and form.
Warm Up -

Two Hand Swings
20 RPM

1-15 24 Kg
16-20 20 Kg

Wanted to quit at 15 so I dropped the weight to trick myself into finishing. It worked, but it wasn't much easier with the 20 Kg.
