Warm Up Swings -
- 1/2 Get Ups
15 Reps each side
- Windmills
3 per side
- Lying Press
7 per side
- Halo's
10 each way
- Limbo Lunges
10 each way
- Reverse Lunges
5 each leg
Long Cycle Clean & Press
10 Minutes
10 RPM
Still can't plant the left hand for the get up but the 1/2 Get Up is still a great exercise!
